How our transcription works

1	When a report or letter needs to be dictated or a statement or meeting needs to be recorded, you simply pick up the telephone (cell phones, too) and call into Echo Sten-Tel's digital dictation server and follow the instructions. You may also upload digital voice files from your PDA or PC to the dictation server.
2	When finished you may either hang up the phone or stay on to record another dictation.
3	Within 24-48 hours, a designated "courier" from your office electronically retrieves all finished reports in one easy step. You then have access to the report for editing and printing.
